About Living by the Sea

Living by the Sea, travelling the world. This Belgian online lifestyle & travel magazine (written in Dutch) takes you to the nicest places on earth where the sea is never far away. Living by the Sea stands for fresh sea air, the slow life and a large portion of my hometown Ostend (the greatest city by the sea in Belgium). In addition to travel inspiration and travel hacks, I also like to give you an insight into the life of a coastal resident, I share my life hacks and tips for a minimalist lifestyle.

Audience

Living by the Sea gets between 8,500 and 13,000 visitors/month. Over half of my readers are women between 25 and 44 years old. The readers of Living by the Sea mainly come from Belgium. They are interested in travel and minimizing their lifes and are especially seeking tips to make life easier. They want quality and are willing to pay a little extra for it. Enjoying life is paramount.

About Take me to Sweden

Take me to Sweden is an inspirational and informative travel guide about Sweden. Besides practical information and the unbeatable sights, Take me to Sweden also shares the real hidden gems and hotspots. Stockholm is a hot topic, but we also talk about wildlife experiences or discovering cozy towns. Qualitative content is paramount. Only places and hotspots that I personally visited, experienced or tested, get mentioned on Take me to Sweden. Take me to Sweden is written in both Dutch and English.

Audience

I launched Take me to Sweden in September 2016. After only 2 years, the website has almost 15,000 visitors/month. The readers of Take me to Sweden mainly come from Belgium and the Netherlands. Sweden, UK and USA together count for another 15-20% of the readership. In gender, the distribution is 35% men and 65% women, mainly in the age group 25-54 years. They are interested in travel, lifestyle and food. And Sweden, of course!

What does it cost?

Attending Press or blog trips is free of any fees. However, I expect all costs on site + transport costs to be covered. I encourage the organizations I co-operate with to compensate for CO2 emissions from the flights.

If the brand wants to have the texts and footage or if certain visibility is expected, I would like to discuss the terms in advance. The rates for ambassadorship, reviews and giveaways depend on the project. I’m only collaborating with brands and organizations that I can be 100% behind and that can be an added value to my audience. Collabs are clearly marked. Always!
